1. Reschedules the appointment last minute. 2. Lawyer comes late. 3. One month later, they email me saying they were missing a signature. 4. Does not utilize docusign or any digitally authenticated signature. Overall, a very disorganized firm. I should be charging the firm for my time spent.
Mortgage lender tried to pull a fast one and Kearns was invaluable for getting it sorted out: provided me with a copy of the cancelled cheque from 2 years ago almost instantly. For any and all real estate needs I can't recommend this company enough. Excellent.
