We have been a subscriber for the last year and just got the Green Market candle this month. This is my FAVORITE scent by far. It is so fresh and amazing. Love it!
Very happy with their service. The candles smell great and come with a personal note, explanation of the scent, and set of matching matches. The candles arrive on time and in eco-friendly packaging. The customer service is great. They are responsive and helpful if you need to change or update anything on your order. They are a phenomenal small business that put great care into their product and service. Happy to be a customer!
My only problem with placing my first order with you was that now other candles are unsatisfactory and I've had to give them away! Who ever thought I'd being buying $50 candles. I burn one every evening in our small apartment.
Phenomenal candles! The scents are thoughtfully created, interesting and yet comforting. The candles and the scent both last a very long time. And the brand is both extremely eco-friendly and absolutely service-oriented. No wonder they have been a top choice by Wirecutter year after year. Great self gift - and gift for others (Waves and Fig are my favorites).
Keap Candles are my absolute favorite for so many reasons but my #1 had to be the way they run their business. They are truly an ethical company with an incredible ethos. I would recommend them to anyone who loves candles and loves supporting companies who are doing great work!
