Just used KD Elite for a pickup from BWI and they were fantastic. The booking was easy. I've got the notification on my cell phone with my driver's name and number. My driver, James, was super polite and helped me with my bags. The car was super clean! And I love clean cars!! They were waiting for me right on time, which is a huge relief when you're tired from traveling. The price was also way more reasonable than the other services I checked. 10/10 would recommend!
Very good shuttle company. We had a stay and park cruise package from the Best Western. They contractor this company to handle the shuttle service, KD Elite was on point, very easy to use, they got us to the cruise terminal in a safe and timely manner. The driver that brought us to the terminal showed us where to meet them when we got back. A week later we returned and walked out the terminal and they were there and exactly where they said they would be for us to meet them. No issue, quick, safe and bee courteous.
Both drivers for transporting mariners to locust point on 9/26 are rude and ignorant. Honking the horn at drivers, refusing to leave even though we told them the “missing” people already got private rides. Smoking a cigarette directly beside the van as the smoke lofts directly in the van. Not unlocking the van as we’re waiting at the door to get in, and rolling his eyes when someone knocks on the door to prompt him to unlock it. Why, when there are 2 vans assigned to a group of people, does the one van wait for the other van to be ready to leave? Literally 5 minutes later the vans separate in traffic. It’s pointless. Also why won’t your drivers drop someone off before the schedules destination? Is it such a bother take 30 seconds to pull over for them? So many annoyances with our trip.
