Stay away from K.D. Beausoleil & company if you want your taxes done right and on time. They summited taxes late and don't return phone calls. Very unprofessional. Reporting them to the CRA for the late filing. It was a very expensive mistake using K.D. Beausoleil & company for my taxes.

Brenda is a sales person through and through.. she flat out lied right to my face about taxes being summited on time. she said they were done right before a in person meeting with me. they were not done for a few more weeks because the person that does the filing was on vacation. Brenda didn't want to tell me that day they would be even later then they were. so she told me what I wanted to hear and paid for, but didn't do. I've been getting my taxes done here for a couple years. This year when I got my bill it was up 40% from last year. I asked why such the increase. They said they would get back to me.. They didn't call back ever. I left two more messages then went in person. They said they forgot to call back.. three times? As for the bill they just said everything is going up. Brenda was very informative and really takes the time to get know you, your business and your goals. This firm is about strategic tax planning which will maximize my business revenue and tax benefits. I needed a meeting with Kevin to go through some items and he came to his office at 6pm and met with me until 8pm no charge! Staff really seem to genuinely care about you, your family and your business. Thank you
