The only reason they are getting a one star is because you cannot give zero. Cost us almost $700 for two income tax returns because they failed to inform us of Revenue Canada’s requirement to inform of a home sale until AFTER the return was completed. Elara was okay, but her replacement receptionist was extremely rude and confrontational during our call. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

Working with KD Beaudoin & Company was an extremely costly mistake for my business. Unfortunately, our experience closely mirrors the reviews below—I only wish I had seen them before engaging their services. Communication was consistently poor, expectations were set high but not met, and it often felt as though the focus was on selling trusts rather than providing ongoing accounting support and advice. Highly recommend Kevin and his team, I’m giving a 4/5 because his invoices are a little on the high side but the tax savings I get from his recommendations pay for itself

I always go to Kevin for my tax questions and tax return, he is very confident in his tax advice and guidance vs other accountants I’ve talked to are very wishy washy and don’t point me in any direction - highly recommend if you’re a business owner.

Booo, to this company. What a joke! They dont return calls and when they do, no one knows anything. A month has gone by and no taxs were done... Lmao... it was a very poor experience for me. Lesson learned. Im going to pick up my paperwork that is not done and go somewhere else. Even my mortgage broker ended up emailing them on the importance of getting this paperwork done. ( needless to say i lost the house i wanted to buy because of their incompetence) They did nothing but give excuse after excuse and no results...
