Why KCT? Why would you merge with CCU? This is a disaster!! Terrible customer service (Patricia just hung up on me) and all I was asking is if my autopays will continue to draft or did I need to update the account number?.., branch associates are even confused. I wasn’t expecting this much hassle. So far, I can’t deal with this merger.
If you plan to call the customer service thru the phone you will wait forever .
Baaaad customer service if you call them you will stay in the waiting line forever
Never received my debit card after the switch over for KCT. Called customer service multiple times to sit on hold for over 10 minutes before giving up and end the call.
