Abigail Alvarez was so helpful for helping me get approved for a loan. She communicated in a timely manner. She also informed me on another thing I was wanting to do, and thankfully I realized it probably wasn’t a good time to do so. So thankful that she helped!

Great staff, all the ladies here are so friendly. They work very well together, very quick and efficient!
Garbage. They treat Puerto Ricans like less. They denied my sister a bank account because they don't recognize Puerto Ricans as citizens. I guess not enough Puerto Ricans have died for this country. Edit: Chase on summit recognized my sister as a citizen that she is and helped her open an account.
