Jessica and the team at KCR have been really helpful throughout the process of selling my house. They made everything super easy and straightforward.
We asked KCR Conveyancing to represent us in the purchase of a property. We waited 3 weeks before we saw a contract, we tried multiple times to contact them during this time via email with no response. We were constantly given excuses and i personally found when they actually made contact to be passive aggressive and time wasting. I ended the business agreement as I thought 3 weeks was a ridiculous time frame to wait in this day and age. I would not recommend this company at all. Don't waste your time with them
As first home buyers, we were completely new to the process and honestly felt lost at times. Our broker and real estate agent weren’t very reliable, but Jessica was an absolute lifesaver. She guided us through every step, handled all the hard work, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without her.
