If I could give this company negative stars I would. For anyone interested in their services DO NOT make the mistake that I did. They honor absolutely nothing and their customer service is terrible after the sale is made. It’s revolting how disingenuous this company is.
There’s a list of problems I’ve run into with this company. Wish I never found them to begin with. Avoid at all costs - they don’t warranty any of their services and they don’t honor their word if any of their work is faulty. Reporting to the BBB
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I hired [Company Name] to install a home movie theater system, which came with a warranty that was supposedly comprehensive. The installation itself went fine—though not exactly on schedule—but the real issue began when the equipment started having problems just a few months later. These people here are horrible to deal with. It seems they only helped us when we paid for services but when it comes to helping with what they “warranty” good luck getting I. Touch with anyone for help. Their response was disgraceful.
KCO installed several new AV surround sounds, security, automated blinds and other home automation systems in our new house. They have been terrific to work with from pre-sale design, installation and after sale support. Their technical knowledge and professional demeanor is exceptional. Both Ben & Brandon have been particularly helpful in fine tuning specifics of our systems. I highly recommend KCO!
