Absolutely horrible experience refinance has been going on for 97 days and still has not been closed. Have been locked in at my rate since November. Each week has been a new delay currently just found out the team member handling my account has an expired license so I’m now delayed until they can transfer it. Beware.
Tom and his team have been amazing. I've used them for a purchase in 2019, and will use them again on my next upcoming home loan. They always put in 100% and get you the best loan and rates possible. Not to mention, Tom is always so personable, straight forward, and doesn't try to talk you into anything - he let's you be comfortable in what's going on. Highly recommend!
