Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at K.C Notary and Co.. I called ahead to confirm whether they could add a standard declaration line to my document and was clearly told yes. When I arrived, the receptionist was polite and also agreed. However, once the notary, Philip Chu, got involved, everything changed. He was rude, dismissive, and contradicted both the phone call and his own staff, saying they don’t draft documents and that I should have brought everything prepared.
