The KC Grilling Company is TOP NOTCH and gets my vote for my favorite BBQ store in KC. Their selection of HUNDREDS (and I mean like 300 or 400) rubs and sauces is incredible, and that’s just a very small piece of the puzzle. Anything that you need for the great American tradition of cooking your own meats is there. Grills? Yep. Smokers? Yep. Charcoal? Yep. Pellets? Yep. Pizza Ovens? Yep. Charcuterie Boards? Yep. Super nice staff / owner, great selection of rubs, meat, sauce and grills and smokers
These guys are great! My family and I went in after lunch next door and walked out with a nice griddle. These guys are knowledgeable and fair with their pricing and products. We really enjoyed their recommendations and the quality products they have.
