I am a CPA, and I have lots of experience with different payment processors. KBO's statements are clear and easy to read and reconcile (that's huge for me and for your accountant). Also, the service that you get from Kelly is far superior than anything you would get from your bank. Highly recommend!

We found KBO due to the fact that we were in a very bad processing deal. They were able to guide out of that situation into a better one. In addition other have tried to best them, but were unsuccessful. We highly recommend KBO for better rates, great service!

I get asked to change services all the time. Whenever they look over my statement (which is actually one of the few that's easy to read) they say the best they can do is to match it. Why would I change from great customer service, easy to read statements and a low fee to someone else? If you hate what your current merchant processor is charging you, and you don't even know who you can call over there to ask for help, check KBO out.
