Always excellent service. The only thing better than the 5 star service is how friendly everyone is! I had the misfortune for a belt to break which meant the vehicle was undrivable. I arranged for a tow to KBM, then phoned them to explain the situation. The vehicle was dropped off with them at 1:30pm. By 4:30pm I had a phone call to say my vehicle was ready for collection The team are absolutely first class.
Great customer service. Offered me a snack. Let me use his phone charger. He was kind and professional. Wishing this business the best of luck in their future.

I brought my car to KBM because my brakes weren’t working, and I’m so grateful I did. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. The mechanic took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. They sourced a replacement from a local wrecker, picked it up, installed it, and had my car safely back on the road. It’s also a local small-town shop, which makes the great service even better. I honestly can’t believe I hadn’t gone there sooner. I’ll definitely be returning any time I need a mechanic. Highly recommend!
