I brought my car to KBM because my brakes weren’t working, and I’m so grateful I did. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. The mechanic took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. They sourced a replacement from a local wrecker, picked it up, installed it, and had my car safely back on the road. It’s also a local small-town shop, which makes the great service even better. I honestly can’t believe I hadn’t gone there sooner. I’ll definitely be returning any time I need a mechanic. Highly recommend!
The best auto shop in area. I brought my Toyota RAV4 to take a look. They looked at it, gave me lots of good advices and did not charge a penny. What a great service. Using their business whenever I need.
I was buying an RV from a fellow in the Lumby area, sight unseen. I chose KBM based on the strength of the Google reviews, and I am so happy I did. I needed to get the RV inspected for roadworthiness, so I could get a lift out and drive it back to Nelson. The mechanic I dealt with was awesome, understood what I needed and did not try to upsell me at all! I have nothing but praise for this company, and I wish I was closer so I could use them all the time. 5 Stars all the way!
