There are times I really appreciated my attorney but I'd say, if you agree to anything in exchange for your attorney agreeing to something, make sure it's in writing. Make sure anything you agree to in exchange for something else is in writing. Don't trust anyone, especially attorneys. Attorneys look for the way that they can make the most money in the least time and sometimes that means you don't get what you need to get through your injury.
