Very unprofessional, most definitely shady. In my experience this business is not upfront with you and does not provide you with your paperwork, and this is after asking multiple times. This place of business does not stand behind their work. I was told by a professional tax preparer that if a tax preparer is refusing or not giving you what you requested they are hiding something. More than likely what they are charging you to prepare your taxes or something more complicated.

My return was submitted to the IRS electronically by this business AFTER the deadline for electronic filing, although I had my information to the preparer about 2 weeks before the deadline to file electronically. Obviously it did not go through. As I saw nothing on where's my refund, I attempted to contact the preparer to see what was going on with my tax return.
