I’ve used Becky as my flight nanny multiple times now, both domestically and internationally, and she is truly exceptional. She’s professional, caring, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your puppy is safe, calm, and well-loved throughout their journey. Her updates are thorough and reassuring, and her kindness shines through in everything she does. Becky is absolutely wonderful, and I’ll continue using her again and again and again. I would recommend her and her staff in a heartbeat!
Seriously cannot thank Becky enough for saving our day! After flying across the country with my large dog, our transportation arrangements from the YYC airport back to our home fell through. I called her an hour before our last flight boarded and she luckily was in Calgary and able to meet us! She was so quick and so kind to accommodate for us.
