I've been to KB Wheels about 4 times now and each time Mr. Ford has been a joy to work with. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent. I look forward to many more pleasant visits to his wonderful shop!
Great local shop! Honest advice, very fair rates, always does a great job with tune ups and even had a bike back soon after a tune up for an additional adjustment on the house.
I brought my bike here for service this week and I’m so glad I did - Casey was helpful, prompt, friendly, and I would recommend this place to anyone for service! I needed a new shifter cable and brought in my smart trainer too so the shifting could be indexed to that cassette, which he was happy to do for me. Thank you!!
Can’t thank Casey enough for the derailleur adjustment he did for me today…for which he didn’t want payment. Such a capable and kind person! Grateful to have him in our community. Thanks!
