Swim teaching platforms are top noch products. Only needed repair once in four years of owning. Repair part arrived quickly and was easy to replace.
Turnmaster products are a game-changer! They've doubled the available pool space for our squads.
The new HDPE platforms are a great improvement on the older models. The new mushroom caps have also decreased the rate of breakages.
We have 6 of their platforms. The 3 newer ones with a different design have had no end of design problems. Fittings breaking rendering platforms unusable. See sample pic attached. Denise would always assist, but since she left, Drew simply doesn’t return calls or emails - left 6 voicemails over last 3 weeks, and multiple emails resent as a reminder that we are waiting on spares. Perhaps they have closed down.
