Absolute disaster! Paid for tax services here just for 2020 and STILL IRS comes after each year, for return that had errors upon resulting in hefty penalties and interests. KB Park repeatedly refuses to review errors and make correction, blaming responsiblities to his employees. Communication has been terrible, and my concerns not addressed.
