Very unprofessional during the entire process. There were numerous problems that they did not take responsibility for, problems like loosing my wedding pictures, and I didn't get any photos until 6 months after the wedding. I still don't have all of the images I ordered but I got so tired of trying to get them that I settled for what I could get.
