Placed a deposit and now I can not get a hold of the company. Does not answer phone, no response to emails or texts !!
Buyer beware - I ordered a Somfy remote from them online. Over 2 months later and it never came. They won’t return my calls or emails. I even tried their online form - nothing. They took my money but won’t send the remote or at least a refund.

I've tried to contact this company many times since I reached out for service. They took my deposit and haven't gotten back to me. Nobody is answering my phone calls and I believe they blocked my number. Stay away at all costs. These people are thieves.
