I've tried to contact this company many times since I reached out for service. They took my deposit and haven't gotten back to me. Nobody is answering my phone calls and I believe they blocked my number. Stay away at all costs. These people are thieves.
We found these guys on line and initial contact with Shawn was very positive. We set up a meeting with Shawn at their store to go over the details and place the order. After we agreed on the price we gave Shawn $800 deposit in cash and he confirmed it by sending us text and said it'll take about 2 -3 weeks. Avoid this company. After leaving the installation of the blinds unfinished for 2 months, (April 4, 2025 to today), no responding to emails, texts messages, phone calls (14), from myself and from Hunter Douglas, we had nothing else to do than to hire a new installer. to complete the installation. Kazumi Window Covering is untrustworthy, unreliable, disrespectful.
