Had a fabulous experience at the Market Town store. I needed to update my wardrobe and have very little fashion sense. Mel was amazing and helped me select six new items to add to my wardrobe that I could mix a match. I was extremely happy with my purchases and also her help. Would highly recommend.
I purchased a dress online for pick up in store. When I went in to collect it,I tried it on only to find it was extremely long (as I’m only 5’3) and as it was pleated it couldn’t be altered. The sales assistant recommended a belt be worn with it, but as I’m a bit bigger I didn’t like the fit this way. I then asked if I could exchange for another item ( probably would have spent more money) but to my shock was told no I couldn’t as the dress had been reduced (it was still $109). Outstanding sales staff- helpful but not overbearing. Layout of store gave easy access to the variety of clothes and accessories. Good quality and reasonably priced. Had some excellent sales racks and beautiful items to purchase. Definitely take a friend or you mum or gran. Something for all ages. Bought 5 items the first time I visited-would have bought 10 if I didn’t have to pay rent. Thanks girls and congrats on the new store!! Ali
Have had the misfortune of purchasing 2 expensive items in the past 3 months that the material tore after wearing once. The first item I was accused of lying about and was told it looked like I had rolled around in barbed wire with it on. The manager was very rude talking to me over the phone. The second item I have had for around 6 months and was going to wear it the other night for the first time . Was lucky to have it on my back for 5 minutes and it tore down the back seam.
