I had a great experience at Kay’s Food Market. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. Prices were fair, and the staff made sure I found what I was looking for. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping trip. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!
Honestly great store I live in the building so I come here for groceries. The prices are wuite good and it has a lot of variety, with some items you can’t even find at big stores like Walmart. The staff are really friendly and nice and especially Alice gets to know the customers personally and even give them gifts on their birthday and occasions like Christmas. Great store with a great vibe, I feel like I’m family when I’m in there
I never write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this local grocery store. The customer service is consistently excellent, everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares. They also have a surprisingly great selection for a smaller store, with fresh produce and lots of specialty items. It’s quickly become my go-to spot for groceries.
The place is clean and they carry almost everything which is handy but all the prices are almost double. Almost all the stuff is costco, superstore, which you can easily get for way cheaper. (Saw tfal pans for 69.99, which I bought for 25.99 on sale at costco). Timings are pretty average as well, they close every day at 10pm. Would probably not go there unless there is a literal sword hanging over my head.
I absolutely love shopping at Kay’s Food Market! It’s super convenient, especially if you’re downtown and need to grab groceries quickly. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and they have a great selection of goods. If you’re in the area, Kay’s Food Market is definitely a reliable and enjoyable place to shop!
