RUN away, don't walk! Alex is unprofessional and bad at sales. She can't even get air conditioning for their office which itself is horrible and cheap. Most "5 star" reviews are their OWN employees, and they don't remind you that they have only ONE client so if Alex loses her contract, everyone is out of work. She also will probably get in trouble with the CRA for paying staff as independent contractors. Her assistant Maria acts really dumb too, they're both clueless. I just moved over from Ireland and was so lucky to be offered a job with Kaymenta. The team makes you feel welcomed and accepted and the work dynamic was perfect. It was the perfect balance of training to push myself further and further in my career and personal life. I had the amazing opportunity to earn road trips and travel opportunities even after only being there for 3 months. I couldn't recommend Kaymenta more for a starting point in your career or for the perfect job to start your own business.

This is an office for the staff so if you’re looking to be a customer, don’t! When it comes to actually working here, I personally had the best time of my life. It’s perfect for starting out your sales career if you need the experience to move higher in your career. Even if you don’t need to get into sales, you can still use the skills taught here to be overqualified for your next role. TL;DR: more of a school than a workplace

Kaymenta is where you'll learn and develop what it takes to become successful. Everyone has a high level of ambition and they have uncompromisable goals but most importantly, the support that is displayed upon each other is unlike any other environment. It's an attractive atmosphere to surround yourself with. I will for years to come be grateful to Alex and to those who helped me realize my potential.
