Awful customer service skills. No communication. My information has been spun 5 different ways and this has been going on for months. A friend told me about them but it has been one of the worst experiences ever! I went to a bank previously and thought this would be better. It is definitely not! Go to the bank instead. At least they have standards and they are professionals.
After my mortgage financing fell through with the large bank that I was a member of, my realtor suggested that I contact Scott at Kaye Financial. Not only did Scott know the right way to present my husband's (open-ended contract) employment to the underwriters, but he was consistently working nights and weekends to accommodate our schedules and get the paperwork rushed through. We were referred to Kaye by our realtor when we bought our first home in 2001. Now 15 years later, we just closed on our 3rd home and are grateful for their help. Through 3 purchases and 2 refinances they have remained professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I trust them with my loans and have confidently referred them to several friends.
This is the slowest company, and a complete waste of time and money. They need to close down. Horrible experience. Please beware.
It has been 6 months and no close. We have been approved for 5 months. Run around after run around. 2 appraisals later and 10 credit pulls. Nice drop in my score. Thank you!!! Still no close date in site. Takes days to get a response from someone. Do NOT trust Kaye Financial. All of the loan officers will give you the run around and will play alot of games. People if you are house hunting, go through a good reputable credit union or Mortgage Broker. STAY AWAY is right. No good referrals here!!!!!!!!
I decided to go with Kaye because their rates were a little cheaper than going directly through my bank. I signed papers to do a refi with them and it was very hard getting info out of them. They totally dropped the ball and caused me to Loose out on the rates when they were really good. I really believe now that they must have quoted me too low of a rate and they were trying to weasel out of my deal. Do not trust these people as they will waste your time and money....
