Kaydee and her team are amazing! They answer all questions timely (even if it is after hours), they are reliable, always do what they say they are going to do and there are no surprises. You know that they care! They work hard to get you into a home or refinance at the best rate possible!!!
Don’t get me wrong, she’s super nice. But the minute you don’t qualify, she will stop returning your calls and she will ghost you. I ended up going to Rocket Mortgage and got the home of my dreams. Unless you’re fully qualified, don’t even bother. Use someone else that will work with you.
