Beautiful setting, very clean facility, massage therapist was very pleasant, educated and knowledgeable of all aspects of anatomy and the location of my pain and its source....but way too deep a tissue massage for me. I will learn to be more proactive in communicating when to stop when it gets too painful....
Vincent was outstanding. I booked Abhyanga & Shirodhara and asked him to focus on my shoulders and hamstrings during the massage. To truly address that, he also worked into my QL — which may have made all the difference. My hips and lower back feel better than they have in months. I went on a long hike the next day and felt amazing. Exceptional bodywork.

I have been receiving massages for the better part of 20 years and I can say that the massage I received from Tara at Kaya Kalpa was the BEST I have ever had!! Tara obviously listened to me when I told her about my focus areas, because that is exactly what she took care of. (with some great care to the other areas as well.)
