Kay was excellent from the time I contacted her via the website. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment for me on the day that I needed it. I then made a mistake on one of my forms and needed it re-notarized ASAP. Kay fit me in the same day, at a time that was convenient for me and even though I felt like the error was my fault and I was prepared to pay her for the correction, she insisted on not charging me. It was an exceptional experience and I would recommend Kay to anyone!
