Kay was excellent from the time I contacted her via the website. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment for me on the day that I needed it. I then made a mistake on one of my forms and needed it re-notarized ASAP. Kay fit me in the same day, at a time that was convenient for me and even though I felt like the error was my fault and I was prepared to pay her for the correction, she insisted on not charging me. It was an exceptional experience and I would recommend Kay to anyone!

After long walk to not vancouver searching for notary around Esplanade and Lonsdale 3rd st was closed , E.Esplanade notary person was absent , they sent me to Kay and walking back there the business was open she said she is leaving and couldn’t do it , I explain my situation and I needed only my signature be authorized , she didn’t care and she said she has to leave .
