She is NOT taking new patients! Also I felt of little account and rushed off the phone by the office person who called to tell me. She cut off my words twice. I believe she said her name was Christine.

I am 78 years old. I have been wearing glasses since I was 14. I have never had a worse experience with an eye doctor since I have been wearing glasses. She was supposed to call me weeks ago to change a lens that she screwed up. She is also borderline rude. I now have to go to another eye doctor and start from scratch.

My wife and daughter had been going here for a few years, and said they always had decent service. I made an appointment, and have been nothing but disappointed with the staff. The doctor said I might need bifocals, but recommended that I just remove my glasses for close viewing. That method doesn't work with my job. Had to schedule another appointment, and now it's been 2 weeks since I dropped off my glasses and still haven't heard when I can expect to have them. My wife also waited 3 weeks.

Dr. Berner is a very easy going lady, whom always holds lively conversations while managing to make your appointment speedy. I absolutely love going to her and would never recommend someone else where
