Went in on a whim as I was in the area and needed a pedi after getting my hair done. The service itself was good enough. Just didn’t expect to pay $59 (before tip) for a gel pedi.. yes I should have asked the price before receiving the service but it also would have helped if there was some signage with prices listed…

an amazing experience here! I had an appointment at another place where I ended up waiting an hour before leaving. I found this place last minute, booked an appointment online and Kay called me to confirm immediately. This place is cute & clean. The nail color selection is great and I got a full set with gel for a reasonable price. Tania made my nails look perfect. I’m visiting from out of town, but will seriously make it a point to return to Kay’s during my next visit. Her and her staff are so kind! 🩷
You do not want to go to this place. I was incredibly unhappy with my service. The whole experience was simply off putting. I have gotten many manicure/pedicures in the past so I would say I know the typical routine and this process was definitely not normal I would say. Immediately when I walked in they seemed kind of annoyed that I was there. I want to say that this is only talking about the nail techs. The woman working the desk was very nice and friendly.
