I am extremely disappointed. I chose this salon only because it was recommended by a friend, and I decided to use their service through Groupon. However, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Not only is it required to make additional payments just to schedule an appointment (which I see many others have also complained about), but I am now even more convinced that this service is entirely pointless, as the biggest disappointment seems to come from the provider rather than the client.
