Update: In response to the reply of my review, the fact that you are aware that there was an issue and chose to send out these photos anyway is abhorrent. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the request for a retake fee. I wish I could give even less than one star for your unethical behavior after an honest review. Really disappointed with the quality of our son's school portraits. I think the volume of taking on an entire school may have overwhelmed the photographer this year.
