Extremely unprofessional. Been calling evey two weeks since january for updates on my bill and every time I call they say that they dont know what im talking about because theres nothing on my account. And they have to send it for review again. Every. Single. Time. Very disappointed with Kaweah Health's financial services (billing). I paid the bill and the representative stated I have a $15.00 credit and to ignore the bill that I would be receiving and requesting the $15.00 balance. Eventually I received another bill stating I now owe $18. I was not happy and called and asked for representative to check documentation.
