Very friendly and helpful staff. Sarra was very nice and extremely helpful to us at the counter. Kathie was also a great help with helping us get a mortgage on our first home.
Usually it would be a 4.5 *, but the service has been steadily declining. I was the only client here and I was waiting far too long. Only one clerk on shift.
