This branch has excellent staff and service, I have only had great experiences dealing here. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is seeking great service and support locally. Abin especially has been amazing.
I wish I could give 10 stars to Sheila, she deserves that and more. I am not a member, but my father was. He passed away which lead to a very difficult and stressful situation with locating his Will. She went above and beyond ( putting it mildly ) to help us and to make things as least stressful as they could possibly be. She was extremely professional, thorough and kind. She was so patient and helped with multiple things, including depositing his cheques. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Used them for a construction mortgage. Everyone was always great when we stopped in and Sheila was always very attentive and prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. Would recommend them to anyone!
