Great people and no "big bank" attitudes. Highly recommend Kawartha CU.
Went through the drive thru machine as I usually do, machine wasn't working right and gave my card back and no money after beeping for several minutes. Went into the bank as I know these things happen. Spoke to a woman who went to check the machine from the inside and she said it was fine. She went outside and said it was fine there to. So I asked what about my money? She continued to say it wasn't her problem, nothing she can do. I would have to go to my own bank and they would understand. Wonderful people. Have had a great experiences with few of the workers and I bet it all worth the time, and it opens my eyes to lots of opportunities laying around on how to plan for the future.
