As a retired Senior here in South River , I find technology regarding online Banking over whelming at times . Some features regarding online Banking are new to me such as E transfers .setting it up ,then how to use this feature . It was through the patience of Anita a Financial Representative at your South River Branch assisting me . Nothing works at this bank. Try to deposit at machine card doesnt work. Try to login online. Kicked out. Try to deposit cheques at the teller. Won't accept. E transfets take hours... Everything says visit a branch and its always closed. Useless
As a new member ,I was treated like a long time member by Michele ,Crystal and Alex (after hours support ) very professional and knowledgeable about the accounts that are carried by Kawartha !
