Ordered the terracotta boots (EU 28) and was told on 10 July they’d oversold and couldn’t fulfil the order. Fine, mistakes happen — I asked for a full refund and Andrea confirmed it was cancelled and refunded “from my end,” saying it might take a few days. A week later (17 July) the refund still hadn’t shown up. That’s when I was told the order had actually been paid via PayPal and they “can’t reverse payments back that way,” so I’d need to send my own bank BSB and account number for a manual transfer instead.
