Poor management along side careless employees.
Kaw River Care and Rehab is an excellent skilled nursing facility located here in Edwardsville, KS. We are a proud sister facility to KRCR. Kaw River is a great place to live because of caring, dedicated team members led by a true leader, Steven Erskin.
Many patients with mental health issues and staff not trained to address them. Leadership team is every man for themselves but wants to portray a different truth. Corporate does not address serious leadership issues when presented with them which has lead to a large exodus of staff in the past 60 days. The actually rating of the facility is one star for personnel turnover. Residents are delightful.
I recently visited the nursing home where my mother-in-law resides and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention she receives. First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Flo, Teresa, Stacy, and Joe the janitor. Their exceptional service and personal updates about my mother-in-law’s wellbeing truly made me feel she is loved and valued.
