I hate writing negative reviews but I cannot and will not recommend Kavuus to anyone. We were so excited to find a local company making quality furniture and very foolishly ignored the loads of negative reviews before placing our order. Delivery time was quoted at 2-4 weeks. We even changed our original sofa fabric choice to one that was readily in stock in order to receive our order in a timely manner. We’re now at week 8 with no sofa. Never delivered product. Save your time and money
We just got our couch. It did take awhile to get BUT, the wait was worth it (and it was over the Christmas holidays) From going into the showroom, the rep Arman was courteous and professional. They did give us a lot of email updates and when we did get the couch, it was better than we expected. Comfortable, stylish and well built. We are glad we stayed away from a big box stores and ordered with a Canadian company. Thank you for a great product. We will buy more from you in the future. R and T.
Can’t tell you about the quality because ordered mid November and still have not received even tho I live where their warehouse is. Sold our other furniture so not much to sit on. Customer Service stinks with this company
Terrible customer service! We ordered a sofa with matching ottoman. The ottoman arrived with a seam pulling apart. I notified Kavuus about this issue the day our furniture arrived. After two weeks of numerous phone calls and unreturned phone messages to resolve the issue, Kavuus finally emailed me that I could repackage the ottoman at my own expense and have it shipped back to the factory for repair.
