We purchased two sofas 4 years ago. In my husband's words, they are still "the best couches ever". There was some confusion over the cost of shipping when we ordered and the customer service reps dealt with the problem beautifully. I highly recommend Kavuss.
I purchased a sectional from Kavuus in 2020, and right from the start, the experience was disappointing. The delivery took far longer than promised. Then, within the warranty period, the fabric on the couch started tearing. When I contacted customer service, I was told they no longer worked with the design I had purchased. They offered to replace the covers - but only if I chose a different design and agreed to forfeit the remaining warranty. We had a great experience with Kavuus. The quality of the furniture is great, we had our sofa for 2 weeks and the build feels very premium. The showroom staff were friendly and helped us find the perfect piece for our living room. Also loved being able to customize it to match our aesthetic which made the whole experience feel personal.
Fantastic and very comfy couch
The team at Kavuus was incredibly helpful with design suggestions when I was overwhelmed by fabric choices. They guided me toward something durable but still soft and luxurious. So happy with the result—it’s a functional showstopper in our living room
