I used to love visiting Kavasutra for the welcoming vibes, vibrant community, and the sense of connection I built with other patrons. Unfortunately, recent management changes have significantly diminished my experience, the atmosphere, and quality of drinks being served. All of these changes have been quite disappointing, but most of all greedy. I’ve been coming here for 5 YEARS! I’ve lived this place until recently. This company only cares about taking your mask net and nothing more. They nickel and dime everything now. The kavatenders are incredibly and none of this is their fault. It’s all management. They charge you a dollar for ice, they charge you a dollar for 4 tiny gas station creamers when it use to be free.
