Absolutely love this spot! Every time I walk into Kavasutra Jupiter, I’m greeted like family. The vibe is always on point, but what really makes it stand out is the incredible staff and management. Darius, JNO, Bruno, and Carlos always go above and beyond. Super friendly, professional, and know exactly how to create a welcoming, chill atmosphere. This is my favorite Kavasutra location. Great customer service, especially from the manager, Jared. He deals with a lot of interesting people, but remains patient and professional.
Wow! Terrible customer service. .(For reference to management, this happened this Sunday June the 29th morning shift) fyi he apparently doesn’t like management or the company. Really brings a bad reputation to this bar.
