Size of wallet=Amount of service I went here once on a day off from work, dressed in my finest lounge around sweats, in search of a bed and entertainment center. Now I didn't think I had to dress up to go furniture shopping. I guess if you want someone to acknowledge you you must have top hat on and briefcase in hand. I had a good experience with staff and management... I had a wonderful experience shopping here.. The sales person was wonderful and helped me a lot. I bought all my living room furniture except for a chair...couldn't find what I wanted and in the right colors, my sales lady told me where the other furniture store's where in town. I even went to Olympia ( the prices where much higher and they didn't seem to care whether the helped me or not. Total Con-Artists I went into Kaufman Scroggs the other day to buy a matress for me and my girlfriend. The nice saleswoman showed us the matresses and we browsed for a while and final came upon a matress that worked for the both of us. We where quoted $281.57 for a nice Serta matress set. The saleswoman said the matress SET would be in wednesday. I called thursday and tried to talk to the same saleswoman but they told me she was out of town.
