very dissapointed several weeks ago i made appointment at 1pm even took day off for this when i arrived the front desk secretary gave me a weird look like what am i doing there. very unwelcoming but to point she said what time is your appt i said 1pm she said NOPE we have no appointment on friday at 1pm i said can you check again. she did i said shit just my luck i just walked out just be careful if you make appointment please confirm previous day even same day as they will forgot. goodluck
