Kauff’s Transportation has been very helpful, understanding and willing to help. I was very overwhelmed walking in and I was able to resolve my issue and still manage to make it to work. Recommend it!

Front desk woman wasn’t the friendliest and as she was “helping” us, she was eating chicken wings the whole time. She literally kept eating in-front of us. She had to call someone else to come over to grab the information because her hands were filthy. Extremely unprofessional.

Had a rental car that needed to be towed due to a malfunctioning alarm system. We had been assigned another tow truck company and they never showed. After two hours , We were finally swapped to Kauffs. The dispatcher called me took down sone basic info. He told me a driver would be there as soon as possible. Sherman arrived very promptly to pick up the car. Literally about 15-20 min. He was very friendly knowledgeable and seems like he enjoys his job. Thank you for a great towing experience
