Worst nightmare! They didn’t file taxes and it was tooth and nail to get my parents document back! Do yourself and favor and don’t go here!
I had a very poor experience here, they never filed anything for me in 2021 and I had to fight about $8k in penalties for this, after finding another tax preparer. Never got responses from repeated emails and calls. Discovered they also failed to file my state taxes for 2020 and I had to deal with that too. Very disappointing and I would avoid this service.
Absolute nightmare. Screwed up my sister's taxes so that she is STILL waiting for her stimulus check due to them not bothering to fill out her info on her previous payments. Held on to her tax forms and didn't file it for 3 weeks. Don't go to this nightmare company for tax preparation. You will regret it!
