I am disappointed with the poor customer service I received from Kauai Beach Photography. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails, my messages were often ignored or took far too long to receive a response. Additionally, they did not follow through on what was promised. I was told specifically that their logo shall be removed from the photos, which was not done. They also promised professional touch-ups, but none were provided.
