I was truly struggling with getting treatment for a fall at work in November of 2023. The company I worked for was not being straightforward with me about any options that were available to me. Phil Barek was recommended to me by a friend, and from the day i asked him to take my case, he and Jonah made sure I was being taken care of. He did everything he promised he would and I was able to concentrate on getting better. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that needs his services without a second thought.
Dr. Jonathan Currie is my attorney and has been since my injury at work about 2 years ago. Being a truck driver I was put in as 1099 contractor so my injury insurance was much different and lower than traditional workman’s comp. Insurance wanted to pay me 1/4 of what Dr Currie eventually got me monthly from the insurance company. Without his help and expertise, I would have had to continue working injured to pay my bills and rent.
