We had Katy as our mortgage broker for the purchase of our first home and she was great to work with! In addition to being very responsive, she also explained everything in detail, was happy to answer any and all questions we had, and was willing to hop on the phone to talk through more complex matters. We had a few obstacles pop up leading up to our closing date, and Katy was very helpful in navigating them and looking out for our best interests.
