Katy is amazing and passionate about what she does. She listens to your concerns and caters her treatment to address those areas. You definitely don’t get a cookie cutter treatment which I always appreciate. She also suggests stretches to do at home or at my desk to keep my muscles happier between visits!
Best massage I’ve ever had! I had a massage with Katy in my last week in Canada before moving countries. I was so stressed and she helped me to unwind and to be more present. I felt so relaxed and safe and could not have hoped for a better massage. Katy worked on my whole body and I walked out of there feeling like I was floating in the clouds.
