Unprofessional staff. When my son was being picked up under W.Transportation in the mornings, the bus driver came earlier than the assigned route time and left early and then lied about it but I sent proof on my ring camera. Fast Forward, 2 months later I mistakenly called this location to cancel bus service after my son was switched to North transportation for the morning route only. KATY ISD Bus number 5264 . A Hispanic lady wearing sunglasses almost runs into us . Literally one lane beside the bus the lady with no blinker merges over and we have to slam on our brakes and she could have cared less. This was on October 22nd at 2:56pm on S Peek Rd near Westhimer Parkway. She needs better training because any other inexperienced driver would have gotten hit
Bus 5086 drove through Anniston neighborhood flying like a bat out of hell. I was crossing (with my one baby in his stroller) our main 2 lane entrance road (while there were no vehicles). I look right and see bus 5086 as im mid street and not even onto the sidewalk yet this bus is in the middle of both lanes flying ! This bus driver did not care that I feared i would be hit. This person is not a safe driver!
I’m not sure not sure who is in charge of the buses this year but drive of E5142 has been a problem since day 1! It’s already hot on those buses and she has the audacity to stop at the corner and fuss at the kids for 10 mins before she pulls forward to drop them off! It’s happened more than once! If she can’t control the kids on the bus write them up! Don’t make the good kids suffer for the bad ones. Kids come off her bus crying!! This is sad! Give us our driver back from last year!
