Bus 5235 route 4030 is a big mess. The bus driver is delaying the arrival time to some stops some days because it seems like the students aren’t sitting down. Willie (the bus driver) doesn’t acknowledge situations and stops the bus and delays my son’s arrival to school. The bus had stopped on the side of Clay Road (near tx 99) and waited approximately 15 minutes to move on. The riders are furious and want the bus to move. He does this all the time and he doesn’t really care about our safety or that seems so.

Ever since my child’s bus route has been changed she’s arriving almost 1 hour after she has picked up from the school. The route she is on has zero organization and literally has a whole bus stop for one child.
